Argentina international Paulo Dybala has been heavily linked with a move to the Red Devils after an apparent fallout with the club.
However, Moratta insists the Old Lady have not put a price tag on the 24-year-old forward.
"The January transfer window is about repairing your squad and fortunately we are covered in all departments," Moratta told Mediaset Premium.
"We haven't put a price-tag on Paulo, so it's difficult to make an assessment.
"We have no intention of putting him on the market."
