The Portuguese tactician returned to Serie A last year after being sacked by Spurs towards the end of last season, having failed to end the London club's 14-year wait for a trophy.
His arrival in Rome was greeted with huge enthusiasm, although things have not gone according to plan for Mourinho in Italy, whose Roma side are currently eighth on the table.
Ex-Italy international Antonio Cassano, who made 161 appearances for the club in his playing career, believes Mourinho is doing worse at the Giallorossi than he did in his previous position in England.

"Roma are a disaster," he told TuttoMercatoWeb.
"He [Mourinho] has been doing terribly since that 6-1 defeat [to Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Europa Conference League in October].
"Mourinho is doing worse than Tottenham, even from the media view, where he was always number one. I am not liking anything."
The manager was recently handed a two-match suspension following a furious outburst aimed at the referee in Roma's draw with Torino in a league match.
