Lorenzo Insigne pulled the home side level in the 33rd minute before Marek Hamsik scored what proved to be the winning goal six minutes later.
By scoring the winning goal, Hamsik overtook Diego Maradona as Napoli's all-time leading scorer with 116 goals.
