AC Milan returned to winning ways in the Italian top flight with a 2-1 victory over Bologna on Sunday evening.
Giacomo Bonaventura put the home side ahead after just 10 minutes, before Simone Verdi equalised for Bologna after 23 minutes.
Bonaventura had the final say though, as the midfielder bagged the winning goal for Milan in the 76th minute.
Chievo 0-0 AS Roma
AS Roma failed to break into the top three after they played to a goalless draw away to Chievo on Sunday afternoon.
As a result, Roma remain in fourth spot, five points behind the league leaders.
