According to a startling report from Sky Saudia, the Knights of Najd could explore the possibility of cancelling the 32-year-old's deal should they not be able to find him a new club.

The Saudi transfer window will be open until 7 September, leaving Al Nassr with just over a week to sort out the former Liverpool and Bayern Munich star's future.

Rumours in recent weeks have suggested that his strained on-field relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo is part of the season Al Nassr wish to cut ties with Mane.

According to this latest report, the Saudi Pro League giants have offered the winger's services to multiple clubs without success, leaving them feeling that terminating his contract might have to be an option.

Mane contributed to an impressive 30 goals in his debut campaign at Al Nassr, but was still regularly subjected to criticism from fans and sections of the Saudi press.

This season, meanwhile, the ex-Premier League winger has assisted two goals in as many matches in the SPL so far, playing 90 minutes in both games.
