The 28-year-old bid farewell to the Red Devils in their final home match last season, although his free-agent exit was only confirmed after their FA Cup final victory over Manchester City in May.

Martial made just 19 appearances for United in the 2023/24 campaign and scored twice, with fitness and injury troubles limiting his availability in his final few seasons in England.
