Gunners coach Unai Emery has regularly courted his compatriot, and has shared his excitement at finally landing the 22-year old's signature.
"We're excited to see Dani join us. He is a talented player with big technical ability, creativity and precision," he told Arsenal's official website.
Ceballos joined Real in 2017 and has since made more than 50 appearances for the club, although he only made 13 league starts last season. He will wear the No. 8 jersey Arsenal in the upcoming campaign.
