The 8 Highest-Earning Attackers In LaLiga

Spain's LaLiga is home to many of the world's finest footballers, but which of them earn the most? Here are the eight most lucratively paid attackers in Spain's top flight, a list in which Cristiano Ronaldo used to occupy one of the top spots!

Click through the gallery above to see who the eight highest-paid attacking players in LaLiga, and what they earn a week, are, according to Total Sportek.

The 2018/19 LaLiga season is underway, and fans can already see the strength of FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

It is not only on the field that these clubs remain powerful, however, as it is these teams that pay their players the biggest salaries in Spanish football, and considering the star names they have, especially in attack, we know those weekly wages are through the roof.

The Catalan club's new skipper, Lionel Messi, is currently the best-paid forward and player in the Spanish top division, with the 31-year-old Argentine believed to be on a weekly salary of £500 000 (R9.1 million).

The second highest-earning forward in Spain at the moment is Gareth Bale on £350 000 (R5.8 million) a week, with the Welshman jumping into that spot following Ronaldo's big-money move to Juventus earlier in the transfer window.

Barca's Luis Suarez is third on the list with his weekly wage of £290 000 (R4.8 million), followed by his former Liverpool and current colleague Philippe Coutinho, who is said to be earning £220 000 (R3.6 million) a week at the Blaugrana.

Next is Atletico's most prized possession, Antoine Griezmann. The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner rejected multiple approaches from Barca to remain at Los Rojiblancos, where he now gets paid a wage of £200 000 (R3.3 million).

Los Blancos forward Karim Benzema and Atletico's Diego Costa are both believed to be on £150 000 (R2.4 million) a week respectively, while Isco reportedly earns £120 000 (R1.9 million) every week.
