CR7 To Play With His Son?

CR7 To Play With His Son?

Cristiano Ronaldo has not completely ruled out playing with his son during his professional career.

Cristiano Ronaldo has opened up about the possibility of playing alongside his son in a few years.

Earlier this year, the legendary marksman reached the milestone of scoring 900 goals in official games for club and country.

Since hitting the iconic landmark, the Al Nassr captain has been vocal about his ambition to score 100 more and reach the 1 000-goal mark.

While this is an ambitious target, especially considering Ronaldo is now 39 years old, it seems he is also open to achieving another significant accomplishment: playing with his son.

Cristiano Junior, currently 14 years old, has played for esteemed academies at Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United.

The teenager is now part of the youth ranks at the Knights of Najd. When compared to another ageing superstar, LeBron James — who played alongside his son, Bronny, in the NBA earlier this season — the five-time Ballon d'Or winner did not completely dismiss the possibility.

Speaking to popular YouTuber Mr Beast on his YouTube channel, UR Cristiano, the American quizzed Ronaldo, saying: "It's crazy how LeBron is now playing with his son, are you going to make that happen in the football world?"
