Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo was tested for drugs after his hat-trick against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
Mourinho To Sell These Five Stars?
The Portuguese scored an incredible triple against Real's rivals earlier this week, giving his side an advantage going into next week's second leg of their UCL semi-final.
According to The Sun, Ramos revealed at a press conference after the match that Ronaldo was taken away for a drug test by UEFA officials, which stopped him from celebrating the 3-0 win with his teammates in the dressing room.
Ronaldo has been drug-tested several times throughout his career, and he has not always responded co-operatively.
The Portuguese's Ballon d'Or rival Lionel Messi has also been tested many times, with the last occasion reportedly taking place after FC Barcelona's match against Manchester City in November.
