After signing Luis Suarez during the last off-season, Lionel Messi's Inter Miami is reportedly keen on reuniting the legendary attacking trio of Messi, Suarez, and Neymar.

On their books, the David Beckham co-owned side has a plethora of decorated players, including record Ballon d'Or winner Messi, Uruguay's all-time leading scorer Suarez, as well as multiple-time UEFA Champions League winners Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba.
However, this doesn't seem to be enough for the Florida-based outfit, and they want to sign another massive name.
Their only stumbling block at the moment is the league's financial fair play policy. However, following the departures of Diego Gómez, Leonardo Campana, and CJ dos Santos, as much as €4 million (R76.3 million) in annual salary is alleged to have been freed up on the club's books.
Another important factor is that a Designated Player slot has been opened. This slot allows any team in the American top flight to go above their allotted salary cap, and according to Diario AS, the player they want to fill this position is Neymar.

The same report claims that the club will either look to bring the Brazilian in as soon as January or after they participate in the FIFA Club World Cup. What seems evident, however, is their determination to reunite the Mogi das Cruzes native with his former Barcelona teammates.
