Benfica's Jonas has joined Luis Suarez's tally in third place on 17 strikes and both sit just one goal ahead of Ronaldo.
Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain and Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski also remain forces for their teams after scoring 13 times since the turn of the year.
