With Paris Saint-Germain said to be ready to activate Neymar's whopping €222 million release clause, here are the biggest buyout clauses of FC Barcelona's squad.

The Brazilian has a rising buyout clause in his latest contract, which he signed back in October 2016. It was initially set at €191 million (R2.85 billion) and increased to €200 million (R3 billion) when he signed his new deal.
However, at the end of last season, Neymar's buyout clause grew to €222 million (R3.3 billion) – the amount PSG are reportedly prepared to pay. Next season, though, Neymar's price would rise to €250 million (R3.73 billion), as confirmed by FC Barcelona when his latest deal was announced.
Lionel Messi's release clause was raised to €300 million (R4.5 billion) when the Argentine signed his new contract at the beginning of the month.
Meanwhile, Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta and Luis Suarez all had a €200 million (R3 billion) release clause embedded in their latest Barcelona contracts.
Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen's release clause sits at €180 million (R2.7 billion), while Jordi Alba follows with €150 million (R2.2 billion).
Ivan Rakitic and Arda Turan complete the top 10 with buyout clauses of €125 million (R1.9 billion) in their contracts, while Andre Gomes and Javier Mascherano's release clauses are set at €100 million (R1.5 billion).
