The Swede's contract is set to expire at the end of the season and the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal have all been put on alert.
"There is interest, yes. There is. I can confirm," Ibrahimovic told reporters ahead of Sweden's tie with Czech Republic.
"I think it's the most high-profile league in the world. The league makes the most headlines.
"But when all the cards are on the table, that's when I'll decide what I want.
"It's like a marriage. Both sides need to be happy."
The 34-year-old, who is PSG's all-time top scorer, also confirmed that he won't be signing a new deal with Ligue 1 champions.
"I have a contract until the end of June," he said. "As it looks today, I cannot remain in the club [after that].
"We are not in discussions and that is the current state of affairs.
"We'll see what the possibilities are and I think there will be many. The future looks very good.
"Many things will happen this summer, so it's just to have a little patience. You will certainly have something to write about."
