The 2019/2020 season was officially cancelled on Tuesday after sporting events were banned until September by prime minister Edouard Philippe due to the coronavirus pandemic.
As a result, PSG were crowned French champions for a third straight season although it was only their ninth league title in their long history, having only recently regained dominance when the new owners took over in 2011.
The Paris outfit are only the third most successful side to win the French league title, level with Olympique Marseille, although this season's trophy has moved them one behind leaders Saint-Etienne.
AS Monaco were the last side not named PSG to win the league (2016/2017) but they sit in fourth spot with eight titles, level with Nantes who last tasted league success in 2000/2001.
Olympique Lyon, meanwhile, still hold the record for most consecutive Ligue 1 titles after winning it seven times in a row beginning with the 2001/2002 season.
However, those are the only titles Lyon have to their which sees them sit six in the ranking. Click though the gallery to see the rest of the top 10.
