With Kylian Mbappe said to be uninterested in a move to the Gulf nation, the 18-time Saudi champions could land another PSG star in the form of Marco Verratti, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer expert has revealed that negotiations are at an advanced stage as the Blue Wave look to finalise a move for the Italy international.
The Middle Eastern team is believed to have offered the 30-year-old a three-year deal as he looks to close the PSG chapter in his career.
Since arriving in Paris from Pescara in 2012, the Azzurri playmaker has been an important part of Les Parisiens' midfield.
The French giants have secured the services of Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte in this window, but it now appears that it will not be Verratti who will be partnering the South American as he closes in on a lucrative contract said to be worth €20 million (R391 million) a year in Saudi Arabia.

According to Sports Zone, negotiations between Al Hilal and PSG are ongoing as the French champions look for about €80 million (R1.5 billion) for the 2020 UEFA European Championship winner, but it is claimed a fee in the region of €60 million (R1.1 billion) could be enough to seal the deal.
