A European club has reportedly made contact with Paul Pogba, who is set to become a free agent after having his four-year doping ban reduced.

The French midfielder is understood to be preparing to bid farewell to the Italian giants as he and the club negotiate the termination of his deal.
After leaving Manchester United for Turin in 2022, Pogba hoped to revive his career following a challenging spell at Old Trafford, where he made 233 appearances and netted 39 goals.
Just a year into his stint with Juventus, however, Pogba faced a major setback when he received a four-year doping ban after testing positive for elevated testosterone levels.
However, a glimmer of hope emerged recently when the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced his suspension from four years to 18 months, allowing him a potential return to the pitch by March 2025.
With Juventus likely to terminate Pogba's contract, reports from La Provence and le10sport indicate that Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille are keen on providing him a platform for redemption.
Early discussions between Pogba's representatives and the French club, including talks with sporting director and former Juventus defender Medhi Benatia, have taken place, although official negotiations are yet to start.
Despite being born in France, Pogba has never played professionally in the country after launching his career at United.

The midfielder did play for Le Havre at youth level, though, before joining the English giants as a teenager in 2009.
