The 2018 World Cup winner bagged a brace as the French champions thrashed Saint-Etienne 4-0 to move seven points clear at the top on Sunday night.
Leandro Paredes and Mauro Icardi also got on the score-sheet for Thomas Tuchel's charges, but it was Mbappe who grabbed the headlines after moving to nine Ligue 1 goals in 11 matches.
