FC Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez, who has criticised Jose Mourinho in the past, has now insisted that the teams he coaches will never play like the Portuguese tactician's sides.
Ronaldo Addresses Rape Allegations
It is well known that Xavi has plans to go into management after he retires from football, which he recently revealed could be after this current season in Qatar.
Many believe the Spaniard will adopt a similar style of coaching to that of his former boss Pep Guardiola, and he himself has now admitted his teams will never play as negatively as Mourinho's have.
"He's a really defensive coach," he said, according to Sport.
"That's his style and he put in to practice at Chelsea and Real Madrid. I prefer another style of football.
"I'm not criticising him, but I don't like to play that way and my teams will never have that type of attitude."
