Los Blancos set an unwanted record on the weekend, when they extended their run without scoring to 481 minutes before Marcelo eventually broke their duck against Levante.
It was the longest run without a goal in the club's history, with coach Julen Lopetegui coming under more and more pressure as he struggles to get his side scoring regularly.
With all of their reported targets seemingly not available this season, Real are now reportedly looking at former Manchester United forward Ibrahimovic as an option, according to Spanish journalist Manolo Lama, who works for Cadena COPE.
The 37-year-old has scored 22 goals for Los Angeles Galaxy in Major League Soccer this season, which is more than double the amount Real's preferred attacking trio – Gareth Bale (four), Karim Benzema (five) and Marco Asensio (one) – have between them so far.

While Eden Hazard, who has expressed his desire to play for the Spanish club one day, recently ruled out a January move to the Santiago Bernabeu, Ibrahimovic's current contract with Galaxy expires the end of the year.
As a consequence, the Swede could join the Spanish club on a free deal, and perhaps help fill the void left by Ronaldo until other players become available once the 2018/19 campaign is done and dusted.
