With the Selecao talisman celebrating his 27th birthday in France on Tuesday, reports in Italy later emerged suggesting that Juventus were upset with winger Douglas Costa for going to Neymar's party, although he did not technically break any rules.
The same has now been said of Blaugrana midfielder Arthur, with the Catalan club's board members believed to be unhappy with him for attending the birthday bash too, according to Marca.
The Spanish club has reportedly made their frustrations known to the 22-year-old, who, like Costa, did not actually violate any regulations in going to the party in France.
Arthur has become a valuable member of Barca's first team since his arrival at the Camp Nou at the beginning of the season, and started against Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey El Clasico on Wednesday night.

The midfielder has played 27 times across all competitions for Barca so far this season, assisting two goals along the way.
