Spanish giants Barcelona have announced their second high-profile signing ahead of the 2021/22 season.

The 2020/21 Copa del Rey winners have confirmed the arrival of Manchester City defender Eric Garcia, who has signed a deal until 2026.

Garcia, 20, reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Barcelona a few months ago already, and the centre-back has now completed his return to his boyhood club.
The Spain international left the Blaugrana in 2017 to join City's U18 side, and made his senior debut two years later.
The defender leaves the Premier League champions having made 35 senior appearances.
