Aguero won't have any adjusting to the Spanish top flight after his previous spell with Atletico Madrid, where he registered 100 goals and 46 assists in 230 appearances.
The Argentine striker is yet to be given a first-team as the number 10 he usually wears is occupied by Lionel Messi while number nine is worn by Martin Braithwaite.

It could be a busy off-season for the Catalan giants who are also reportedly close to signing Aguero's City teammate Eric Garcia and Olympique Lyon winger Memphis Depay, both on free transfers.
