The French forward recently became his club's all-time leading goalscorer, despite spending two seasons at Barcelona between 2019 and 2021.
Griezmann has found the back of the net on 178 occasions in 365 matches for Los Rojiblancos, assisting a further 78 strikes in the process.
While he is loving life again in Madrid after initially struggling to earn the reacceptance of the club's supporters, the 32-year-old has admitted he sees himself playing in the United States after Spain.
"Beyond Europe, what I would like later is the MLS, I have always recognised that," he told Sport.
"But Atletico will be almost 100% my last club in Europe.
"It's where I want to be, where I see myself happiest and, here, I am at home."
Griezmann's current deal at Atletico runs until 2026.
