Having lost ground in the race for the LALIGA title to the likes of Girona and Real Madrid after back-to-back winless games in the league in recent weeks, Culers have begun to feel frustrated.
Lewandowski is the club's highest earner and consequently most prominent player, so with his finishing letting him down so far in this campaign, the Pole has become a reference for fans to lash out at.
Speculation surrounding his future has increased as a result, especially with multiple reports claiming that there was intense interest from Saudi Arabia for the forward's services at the beginning of the season.
According to Sport, the Warsaw native's representative, Pini Zahavi, recently had separate dinners with Barca president Joan Laporta and club sporting director Deco.
While the details of the respective discussions were not made public, after his dinner with Laporta, the Israeli super-agent was quizzed as to whether or not Lewandowski would be continuing in Catalonia, to which he responded: "Of course."
The Spanish executive is said to have a close relationship with the agent, and the same report claims that it was possible that the pair might have been talking about the possible arrival of Joshua Kimmich from Bayern Munich.

Barca are believed to view Kimmich as a perfect replacement following the long-term injury to Gavi, and Zahavi is said to be the intermediary involved in potentially bringing him to the Spanish giants.
