FC Barcelona's sales for the season are closing in on the €150 million (R2.4 billion) mark after the club confirmed its ninth departure of the window.

On Friday, Barca announced the departure of Brazilian winger Malcom to Russian Premier League side Zenit St. Petersburg, who also confirmed the signing on their official website.
"Everyone in St. Petersburg is delighted to welcome Malcom to Zenit; we wish a very successful career with the blue-white-sky blues!" an official statement read.
The Russian side will pay €40 million, plus a further €5 million in add-ons (total of R734 million), for Malcom, who was previously linked with a move to Premier League sides Arsenal and Everton.
Malcom is the ninth player to leave Barcelona in this window, with the club having now recovered nearly €150 million (R2.4 billion) in player sales.

The 22-year-old joined Barca from Bordeaux last season, and scored four goals in 24 games for the Catalan giants.
