The Dutch outfit are 90 minutes away from facing Liverpool in the final as they lead the tie 1-0 on aggregate thanks to Donny van de Beek's away goal.
Ajax will fancy themselves heading in to the encounter, especially after seeing off Real Madrid and Juventus in the previous rounds.
The same can't be said for the North London outfit, who have only registered one win in their last five matches across all competitions.
Spurs' record on the road in Europa does not make for reading, having only won three of their last 10 encounters.
There is some positive news for Spurs as the in-form Son Heung-min returns from suspension while Jan Vertonghen has recovered from his concussion in the first leg.
Son is Spurs' second highest score in the Champions League this season with four goals, the same as Ajax's Morocco international Hakim Ziyech.
Here's how they line up:
Ajax Amsterdam: Onana, Mazraoui, De Ligt, Blind, Tagliafico, Schöne, Van de Beek, De Jong, Ziyech, Neres, Tadic.
Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Lucas, Son.
