It is believed that the Citizens are happy to sell Toure in the next window and it is rumoured that he is now in talks with Inter Milan.
Toure's agent has claimed that he and his client have opened negotiations with former City boss Roberto Mancini after already being linked with Serie A side last season.
"It's true, we're talking with Mancini," said Seluk, as quoted the Mirror.
"We're looking for a solution with Manchester City, who want to sell Yaya Toure only up front, not on loan.
"I can't say if there are other teams interested. He has a contract, but nothing special. Inter? It's a good club."
