In terms of goals and assists, Mane and Salah have been two of Liverpool's most important players in recent years, and both played a starring role in the club's Premier League challenge and UEFA Champions League success last season.
Since arriving at the club in 2016 and 2017, respectively, the pair have been the Reds' most prolific goal contributors, with Salah narrowly edging out his striker partner in terms of both goals scored and created, according to Transfermarkt.
The Egyptian forward has scored 77 goals in 116 appearances across all competitions at an average of one goal every 1.5 games, while comparatively Mane has netted a goal every other match, having scored 67 times in 134 games for the club.

Salah's tally includes 58 league goals, which earned him the Premier League Golden Boot award in each of his first two seasons with the club, albeit sharing the accolade with Mane and Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang last season.
In terms of assists, the former Chelsea and AS Roma forward has set up his Liverpool teammates on 32 occasions since joining the club, which is nine more than Mane has provided in the extra year he has spent at Anfield.

The pair are neck and neck this season, with Mane having recorded eight goals and one assist to Salah's six strikes and three assists across all competitions.
