According to Sport, the Blues are desperate to hang on to their Belgian star ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, and are willing to prove how much they value him with a new contract.
The Stamford Bridge club is reportedly willing to offer him a new deal worth £305 000 (R5.1 million) a week to stay in England.
A big concern for the Blues is their current league position of fifth, which could lead to several of their top stars, including Hazard, wanting to leave for greener pastures in the next transfer window.
The 27-year-old has been one of the club's standout performers since his arrival in 2012, although he has also been criticised for lacking consistency at times.
