Premier League's Top Five Revealed

Liverpool 1-1 Crystal Palace

Premier League champions Liverpool ended their season with a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.

Palace took the lead after just nine minutes as Ismaïla Sarr was slipped in by Tyreek Mitchell and calmly slotted past Alisson Becker.

Arne Slot's charges were reduced to ten men in the 68th minute when Ryan Gravenberch was shown a straight red card for bringing down Diachi Kamada, who was through on goal.

The Reds did manage to get themselves an equaliser on 84 minutes with a lovely finish in the box for his 29th goal of the campaign.

Southampton 1-2 Arsenal

Second-place Arsenal ended their season with a 2-1 win over relegated Southampton at St Mary's Stadium.

The Gunners broke the deadlock on 43 minutes through Kieran Tierney, before the Saints were level back on 56 minutes courtesy of a strike from Ross Stewart.

Captain Martin Odegaard got the winning goal in the 89th minute with a superb strike from distance.

Fulham 0-2 Manchester City

Manchester City finished third after securing a 2-0 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The Citizens got the breakthrough in the 21st minutes when Ilkay Gundogan got his second goal of the season with a lovely overhead kick.

The Citizens did get a second goal in the 72nd minute when Erling Haaland got back among the goals by converting a penalty.

Nottingham Forest 0-1 Chelsea

Chelsea will be back in the Champions League next season after defeating Nottingham Forest 1-0 on the final day of the season.

The Blues got the opening goal five minutes after the restart as Levi Colwill nodded home a cross Pedro Neto.

The goal was enough to seal third place for Chelsea, while Forest finish the season in seventh and will play in the Conference League.

Manchester United 2-0 Aston Villa

Manchester United ended their disastrous season on a high after defeating Aston Villa 2-0 on Sunday.

Villa ended the first half with ten men when goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez was shown a straight red card for bringing down Rasmus Hojlund as the last man.

United got the opening goal in the 76th minute when Bruno Fernandes did well to pick out Amad Diallo, who sent a fine header into the far corner.

The hosts were awarded a penalty in the final five minutes, as Christian Eriksen stepped up and converted on his final game for the club.

Villa, meanwhile, finish in sixth spot and miss out on the Champions League after Newcastle United clinched fifth spot.
