Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli was filmed flashing his middle finger towards the Manchester United supporters after Liverpool's 2-1 loss on Sunday.
The troubled striker posted a very bizarre video on Instagram hitting out at all his critics, but now has done nothing but dent his fragile reputation even more.
Balotelli Hits Back At Critics With Video Rant
The Manchester United supporters are caught on film singing songs directed at the former Manchester City player while walking out the ground.
The Italian first makes no effort in acknowledging them, but later couldn't resist not responding to them – which was by flashing his middle finger.
Earlier in the day, Balotelli found himself in a heated battle with Manchester United defender Chris Smalling during the match.
Already booked the Italian took offence to a tackle from the English international defender, which him crashing into the side billboards and was quickly held back by the Liverpool supporters before retaliating.
The incident occurred after Balotelli took a poor touch, while Smalling attempted to shepherd him off the pitch, but both players collided with the boards during the physical tussle.
Neither players were booked for the incident, but it could have really gotten ugly for Liverpool if the Liverpool supports didn't jump in and hold the Italian back.
