News coming out of England claim that Chelsea have reportedly agreed a €60million deal for a certain Premier League star.
The Blues have had a busy transfer window but they are not done yet after turning their focus to Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto.
According to various reports in England, the Blues have reached an agreement with Wolves for the signing of the Portugal international.

David Ornstein revealed the 24-year-old winger is set to undergo his medical before completing his move at Stamford Bridge.
It's been a lively few weeks for the five-time Premier League winners, who have already brought in eight new players for the new campaign.
The spending is not likely to stop as they are also reportedly closing in on striker Samu Omorodion from Atletico Madrid in a deal reportedly worth £34.5million.
