The match is scheduled to get underway at 20h45.
City were dumped out of the European Cup on Tuesday after failing to overturn a 3-0 deficit against Liverpool when they lost 2-1 to the Premier League rivals at the Etihad Stadium.
That result capped off a bad few days for the Citizens, who lost 3-2 to cross-town rivals Manchester United in the top-flight last weekend, although they can make some amends and clinch the English crown this weekend if they beat their London rivals and the Red Devils lose to rock-bottom West Brom.
However, Spurs come into this clash unbeaten in their last 14 Premier League encounters, a run which includes 10 wins, and are just four points off a top-two finish.
When these sides met at the Etihad earlier in the season, Pep Guardiola's charges ran out 4-1 winners on the day.
In head-to-head statistics, these two sides have met on 134 occasions, with Spurs claiming 52 wins compared to City's 51, while 31 matches have ended in stalemates.
Here's how they line up:
Tottenham: Lloris, Trippier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Dembele, Lamela, Eriksen, Dele, Kane.
Manchester City: Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Delph, Gundogan, Silva, De Bruyne, Sane, Sterling, Jesus.
