Amid rumours Lyle Foster could return to the Premier League, Burnley manager Scott Parker has broken his silence on the South African's future at the club.

Earlier this week, reports suggested that the former Orlando Pirates striker could be set to join Kieran McKenna's Ipswich Town in the Premier League.

The story claimed the 23-year-old's potential return to England's top division was close, although nothing new has since been said about the Bafana Bafana international.

His manager Scott Parker, however, has answered questions relating to Burnley's transfer business ahead of the Friday night deadline.

Asked for updates on Foster and his teammate Maxime Esteve, Parker said both players are still very much committed to the group despite reports claiming they could be on the way out.

"There's no real detail on that," he told reporters, according to Burnley Express

"Both players are here training, they want to train, have trained and have been around it.

"I've been nothing but impressed with both of them in terms of that, so there's no real detail other than that."
