The 30-year-old and others in the dressing room are reportedly unhappy with boss Rafael Benitez and want the Spaniard to get the sack.
According to Fox Sports Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ronaldo went to Perez after the defeat to FC Barcelona and told him: "It's either Benitez or me!"
The reports name someone from the Portuguese superstar's inner circle as the source, and the new accusation comes just a week after the player apparently told the Los Blancos president the club won't win anything with Benitez.
The Madrid-born coach has reportedly already lost large parts of the Real dressing room, while the club's bosses rally behind Carlo Ancelotti's successor.
According to a poll by Marca, 62% of Los Blancos fans want Benitez to be sacked, while 42% blame Perez for the current crisis.
Another 32% believe Benitez himself is to blame, and only 26% think the team's poor form is attributed to the players.
Real began the season with no defeats and just three goals conceded in their first 14 matches in all competitions, but have now shipped seven goals in two defeats in consecutive games.

They have also lost the La Liga lead to Barcelona and now sit six points behind the Catalans, and have even dropped to third place behind cross-town rivals Atletico Madrid.
