Suarez Drops Fresh Retirement Hint

With Luis Suarez no longer a prominent player for the Uruguyan national team, the legendary striker has dropped a fresh hint about his potential retirement.

At 37-years-old, the attacker is no longer the player he once was for La Celeste. Despite again being chosen to represent his country at the ongoing Copa America, the Salto native has only played a total of eight minutes for Marcelo Bielsa's side in their opening three group stage matches.

Uruguay are one of the continental competition's strongest performers so far, aiming to add to their record 15 Copa America titles.

Couple that with Inter Miami currently being atop of the Major Soccer League Eastern Conference standings, and Suarez still stands a chance of ending his season with trophies for club and country.

"I am enjoying every moment very much," he started off by saying, as per Goal

"It's something that, as I get older, you enjoy more and more because you know that the flame of football is going out.
