Thomas Muller was not in the mood for jokes and snapped at a reporter after she laughed while asking him a question following Bayern Munich's shock German Cup exit.
The German giants were knocked out of the DFB Pokal in the second round for a first time since the 2000/01 campaign after losing on penalties to Bundesliga 2 side Holstein Kiel.
Bayern looked like the winners after 90 minutes before Kiel found a last-minute equalizer with literally the final kick of the game.
Despite the treble winners fielding a strong XI, the game remained tied at 2-2 after extra-time and Kiel won the penalty shoutout after Marc Roca missed his spot-kick.
When she asked Muller about the mood in the dressing room, ARD reporter Valeska Homburg briefly laughed, which upset the forward even more.
"What do you think? You are laughing here now," he said.
She attempted to clarify that she did not laugh at the record champions, but Muller quickly interrupted: "Of course you laughed.
"The mood is what you would expect. We are of course down, you can of course imagine that. That the mood is not good."
Bayern are the record champions in the DFB Pokal, having won five of the last eight editions of the competition and 20 times overall.
