On Thursday night, the 24-year-old capped off what has been a sensational 2022/23 campaign for him by helping Napoli win their first Scudetto in 33 years.
The Lagos native's goal against Udinese also ensured that he broke Samuel Eto'o's record for the most prolific season an African player has ever had in a Serie A campaign, with 22 goals.

The former Lille forward's 27 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions have attracted the likes of Bayern, with the Bavarian giants previously said to be keen to fill the Robert Lewandowski-sized hole in their squad with Osimhen, but according to Bild, the west African star is beyond the German club's price bracket, resulting in them pulling out of a deal for him.
Gli Azzurri are reluctant to sell their talisman, but would reportedly let him go if they received a €150 million (R3 billion) offer, a figure the 32-time Bundesliga champions deem too steep.
Paris Saint-Germain, meanwhile, are said to be intrigued at the prospect of bringing Osimhen to the Parc des Princes, but it seems the striker is not keen on a return to Ligue 1 just yet and would prefer a move to the Allianz Arena.
