The public fallout between Bale and Real manager Zinedine Zidane has persisted throughout the transfer window, and it has become apparent the Welshman has no future with Los Blancos.
Bale had previously agreed terms with Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning, which reportedly would have seen him become the highest-paid player in the world, but Real pulled out of the deal at the 11th hour.

The latest reports from Spain now suggest that a move to Germany could be on the cards for the 30-year-old, with the Bundesliga's biggest team said to be interested.
According to AS, Bayern Munich have approached Real over a potential loan deal for the former Tottenham Hotspur star, similar to the agreement the two clubs concluded for James Rodriguez in 2017.
The report also suggested that Bale's primary sponsor, adidas, could have a role to play in the deal as the sportswear company has a strong affiliation with the German giants.

Bale joined Real in 2013 for a then-world record fee of €100.8 million (R1.6 billion), and has scored 102 goals in 231 appearances for the club since.
