FC Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez has discussed who his favourite for the FIFA Ballon d'Or is, and also revealed which two players he thinks can take over from Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 35-year-old made the final three-man shortlist in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and insisted this year's award should not even be up for debate.
"I think Leo is the clear favourite now, and he deserves it too, for everything he's achieved at Barcelona," he said on FIFA's official website.
"There's no comparison in my book. He has total command of every aspect of the game.
"He's the best at everything and he shows that in every match. He deserves this Ballon d'Or."
Xavi also spoke about which two players could perhaps end the Messi-Ronaldo reign – the two superstars have shared the past seven Ballons d'Or between them.
"Cristiano and Messi are still a cut above, but other players can come into it too, like Neymar and Luis Suarez," he added.

Messi is the clear favourite for this year's World Player of the Year award after guiding Barcelona to the treble, and could claim his fifth title overall.
The Ballon d'Or gala will be held on 11 January in Zurich.
