For the last two seasons, the Burkina Faso international has been among the most highly touted talents on the continent. His displays for record Tanzanian champions Young Africans have led to a plethora of major clubs allegedly being interested in him, including those in the South African top flight.
The likes of Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have all been mooted destinations for the Ivory Coast-born attacker, but now it seems that he is poised to be headed to the other end of Africa.
According to El Botola, Wydad Athletic Club have agreed a deal with Yanga, and the 29-year-old attacking midfielder is now poised for a move to Casablanca.
When Rulani Mokwena was still in charge of the Red Castle during the mid-season transfer window of the 2024/25 campaign, the South African supposedly tried to sign Aziz Ki, but unfortunately the deal never came to fruition, with rumours even stating that Wydad president Hicham Ait Menna tried to negotiate with Yanga chief Hersi Said during the previous CAF Awards.
