The club confirmed parting ways with the coach on Saturday, following the team's 1-0 loss to Cape Town City in the MTN8 quarter-finals.
Hyballa had not been on the bench for the team at the Peter Mokaba Stadium as assistant coach MacDonald Makhubedu took charge of the side.
While Babina Noko are understood to be considering re-appointing Lehlohonolo Seema as their head coach, sources have confirmed that former Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro is among the coaches that have been offered to the club.
Peseiro has been unattached since his contract with the Nigeria Football Federation ended over five months ago, and his representatives have been in search of opportunities for him in Mzansi, among other countries.
"Jose Peseiro, the former coach of the Nigeria national team, has been offered to Sekhukhune United. The coach is interested in coaching in the PSL, and the Sekhukhune United project is of interest to him. He would be happy to work with the club as ambitious as Sekhukhune United," said the source.

In confirming Hyballa's resignation on the weekend, Sekhukhune stated that Makhubedu will be in charge in an acting capacity for the time being.
Sources have confirmed that former Richards Bay coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi also had his name mentioned among the potential candidates for Sekhukhune, although Seema appears to be in the most favourable position for a possible return to the club as things stand.
