A defender from Chad could be heading to one of the Gauteng-based PSL clubs in this transfer window, the Siya crew has been reliably informed.
In what has been a busy transfer period for SuperSport United, as the club has bid farewell to some of their players, others have been welcomed as coach Gavin Hunt is eyeing a better campaign in the chase for honours this season.

News reaching the Siya crew is that a defender from Chad by the name of Eric Mbangossoum has become the latest target for SuperSport.
Mbangossoum, 24, is a talented player who can also play as a defensive midfielder and is currently unattached.
He previously played for Union Touarga in Morocco, and sources have confirmed that talks are at an advanced stage for him to join SuperSport.

"Yes, that's the player coming to the PSL for this season. He is from Chad and is set to join SuperSport United. He is a talented boy who will add value to any club in the league. The deal is as good as done," said the Siya source.
The Spartans have already added the likes of midfielder Keanin Ayer from Denmark, Vincent Pule, Nyiko Mobbie, Pogiso Sanoka, Ricardo Goss and Brooklyn Poggenpoel, among their new signings.
