Itumeleng Khune is famous for his ability on the field but is equally known for his generosity when it comes to treating underprivileged children. What a guy!!
In the space of a week, Khune has been spotted doing good for the community. On the weekend, Soccer Laduma reported that the goalkeeper was handing out shoes to young school children.
About 50 school children between the ages of six and 10 received brand new kicks to wear to school as Khune collaborated with the Kliptown Youth Programme.
Now, while in Botswana with the Kaizer Chiefs team for the CAF Champions League game tomorrow, Khune has again taken to the community to help put some smiles on the children’s faces.
This time he was snapped by Chiefs’ official Instagram account holding a soccer clinic in Gaborone. The picture above sees Khune defending his goals while children fire balls at him from inside the box.
It is lovely to see Itu giving back to various communities and finding a way to create joy in children's lives.
Khosi fans, our skipper isn’t a leader for no reason, what do you think of this initiative?
