Peter Shalulile's resurgent form for Mamelodi Sundowns has been no fluke. The Namibian hitman has been putting in the work behind the scenes using a secret weapon, which appears to be paying off.
Testament to Shalulile's resurgence was his Man of the Match performance against Cape Town City on Wednesday evening, where he scored an impressive brace on either side of the half at the Loftus Versveld Stadium.
It was Shalulile's third goal in four matches - but it was his first league strike since May this year, meaning that the 31-year-old had endured a five-month spell without a goal.

But Shalulile has seen the need for improvement.
And as a result, he has been putting in extra sessions with former NB La Masia and Wits University head coach Alzavian Van Rheede. The sessions, some of which go long into the night, have played its part in helping Shalulile get back to his best.
It is not the first time that Shalulile has called on Van Rheede's services, having done so amid goal droughts in years gone by.
Siya sources have indicated that a large part of Shalulile's training has been his finishing inside the box, which is his biggest area of concern with the goals drying up.
