We at Soccer Laduma's Fan Park got to know Matsatsantsa's charismatic star Kegan Johannes in a recent interview, where he covered football, a little bit of music and fashion.
The young baller made some other interesting revelations about when he started dreaming about becoming a footballer and the career path he would've pursued if it wasn't for the beautiful game.

Kegan Johannes talks football!
In a recent interview with Soccer Laduma's Fan Park, 22-year-old baller Kegan Johannes opened up on his support for Liverpool, likening his game to Trent Alexander-Arnold, and some other interesting revelations.
The baller has made nine appearances in the DStv Premiership this season under Gavin Hunt, receiving only one yellow card as Matsatsantsa sit second behind Mamelodi Sundowns in the league table.
Johannes can play as a right-back, centre-back and can do a shift on the right side of midfield, almost as versatile as the English player he idolises and sort-of mimics his game after.
"I think the way I play, is similar to his style of play. I would say say Trent Alexander-Arnold [as his current football idol]. It used to be Sergio Ramos because my personality [on the pitch], is based around that.
Like most footballers who support Liverpool, Johannes wishes he'd shared the pitch with the legendary midfielder Steven Gerrard and also rates Mamelodi Sundowns' Peter Shalulile as the toughest attacker he's faced so far:
"His determination, his work ethic, he never gives up. You always have to look over your shoulders, he's definitely a challenge."
His dream front three is exactly that, a dream and it features two of the modern-day football greats and a devastating French forward:
"A dream front three? Probably Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Mbappe. That's the most firesome front three, I guess."

Away from football, the baller revealed his favourite genre, his interesting hobbie, the career he would have pursued if it wasn't for football and MORE!
1. If you could describe Kegan Johannes in one word, what would it be?
KJ: In one word? Passive.
2. In terms of music? Do you have a favourite theme or genre?
KJ: Gospel
3. Who is the best dressed player in the league?
KJ: I would be cocky and say it's myself but I know that's not true... I would say Vincent Pule dresses quite nice.
4. If you had to sum up your style in one word, what would it be?
KJ: In one word, my style? Simple.
5. At what age did you realise that you wanted to become a footballer?
KJ: Probably when I came out of my mom's womb [Chuckles], When I saw it was possible, I think I was seven-years-old and my mom saw as well that there was something special.
6. Any hobbies?
KJ: I try and play the guitar. I like cooking as well.
7. If you weren't a footballer, what would you think you would be?
KJ: Probably a lawyer.
8. At SuperSport United, who is the DJ of the dressing room?
KJ: It used to me. Now it's Thalente Mbatha, he plays most of the music.
