The 23-year-old attacking midfielder has a South African girlfriend, who not only introduced him to the meal, but also taught him some Afrikaans!

Morgan Gibbs-White reveals his favourite SA meal
Morgan Gibbs-White made quite the revelation in a recent interview posted by SuperSport TV on Instagram.
The in-form attacking midfielder has been an important figure for Nottingham Forest this season, playing in 20 Premier League games and contributing with three assists and two goals.
On the field, his efforts are tireless as he never shies away from tracking back and doing the dirty work off the ball. It seems that Gibbs-White is being fueled by a staple South African meal.
"She [Gibbs-White's girlfriend]," makes a porridge called Mielie Meal, and that is my favourite. Like, she says normally you have it for breakfast but I like it for a supper or after dinner, as like a little dessert. It's nice, it's incredible," says the former Wolves youngster.
The baller has been dating Britney de Villiers for several years now and the couple share a baby boy together, who was born in November last year.
Britney is a South African online influencer, model and law-graduate and Gibbs-White claims that she's been teaching him a little Afrikaans, but it's words that he cannot repeat publicly.
"My girlfriend speaks fluent Afrikaans and the only words she's taught me are bad words that I can't repeat on here," says the England Under-23 star.
