Now four years ago, Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune attempted a scorpion kick skill in a league match, with his skill move going viral thereafter. Former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli tried to do the same, this time in his backyard. Check it out!
As a player who readily takes to his social media pages in showcasing his tricks and flicks, Balotelli was spotted juggling with a ball after attempting to score a goal with a scorpion kick.

In 2015, Khune managed to do the scorpion kick in an Absa Premiership match against Mpumalanga Black Aces, with his move making its rounds in England.
After the match, Itu took to his Instagram account and posted a video of himself doing the trick.
He captioned the video in saying, "I promised to do it in an official match and I did it tonight against #Aces .What a relief. #GODisGREAT thank u for capturing this special moment Sir @luzukonteleko #ScorpionKick."
