French-based striker Lebo Mothiba was able to showcase his multilingual abilities in a pre-match press conference ahead of Bafana Bafana's friendly against Ivory Coast.
The baller can at least speak three languages, showing to be fluent in French as he's lived there since his late teenage years.

Bafana Bafana are preparing to take over next year's AFCON hosts Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan tonight, hoping for a much better result and showing than Friday's stalemate against Eswatini.
Hoping to get onto the scoresheet for Bafana Bafana for the first time under Hugo Broos is Lebo Mothiba, who casually answered question from the French-speaking Ivorian press with the utmost ease.
Mothiba has been living in France since joining LOSC Lille's academy back in 2015 and is in a relationship with a French woman, which would have helped him practice the language both on and off the field.
The Johannesburg-born baller can also speak Sepedi and of course, English, with the Bafana Bafana Twitter/X page praising Mothiba for being able to switch between three languages:

Bafana will be desperate to maintain their 10-match unbeaten streak against a top class Ivory Coast outfit, as they prepare for the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the the AFCON which starts in mid-January.
